Gianna was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma when she was 5 years old and had to have her leg amputated just 2 months later. Since that time, she has dreamed of getting a water leg so she could swim like other children. With the help of Hanger, we were able to make Gianna’s dream come true. According to her mom, Jennifer, this water leg was a long wait for Gianna. It’s the one leg she talked about since she had to have her leg amputated.
