Eight-year old, Jaeger, lost his leg in a lawnmower accident when he was six years old.  He is a very active young boy who lights up every room he enters,  He has been mentored by one of our other recipients, Jack Berry, who had a similar amputation.  They have built an everlasting bond which extends to their entire family.  When Jaeger’s Dad reached out for support, we were eager to help this child be able to run and play sports like others his age.  With the support of A Step Ahead and Jack Elias, we gifted a running blade to Jaeger.  Once he put it on, he was off like he had it for years!  We can’t wait to see him live the life he so deserves!
