Isaak Depelteau was born with Neurofibromatosis and at the age of 2, he fractured his tibia while playing in the driveway. After 10 weeks in his cast, the break had not healed and his parents made the difficult decision to have his left leg amputated below the knee for a better quality of life. Being an amputee didn’t stop Isaak from being active and wanting to play sports just like every other child. Just shy of his fourth birthday, we gifted Isaak with his very own running blade. The day he put the running prosethesis, it was like he had it his entire life. We are so grateful to be apart of Isaak’s journey and can’t wait to see what he can achieve!
